Appointments:
For reservation, Please call us at 077-430 199-200.
We accept all major credit cards to hold your
appointments; however, please feel free to walk
in at the last minute and we will try to accommodate
you. However, if you wish to cancel, kindly call
us two hours prior to your reservation or you
will be charge 50% of your treatment fee.
Arrival Time:
Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled
time so you have ample time to relax and unwind
with our elixir herbal tea before your therapy.
If you do arrive late and there is no appointment
after yours, then you will be given full duration
however if another guest is waiting then treatment
will end at the appointed time to avoid the next
guest being delayed.
What To Wear:
You may wear what you are comfortable in, either
wearing your own bikini or brief or we can provide
you with our hygienic disposable briefs; alternatively,
we suggest that treatments can be enjoyed without
clothing. Your comfort is our priority and our
therapists are well trained with draping techniques
to provide you with utmost privacy and comfort.
Health Conditions:
Guests with serious heart conditions, high blood
pressures, osteoporosis or any serious medical
conditions are advised to consult their Physician
before signing up for any spa services.
Please highlight your medical condition to the
Spa manager.
What If I am Pregnant
or I Have Period:
Please inform us either with your reservation
or at reception if you are with child, we have
a range of safe alternative therapies and we will
be happy to discuss what is suitable for you.
Kindly also inform our receptionist if you have
your menstruation so we can prepare what is most
comfortable for your treatment.
Special Occassions:
Treat that special someone in your life by letting them
enjoy a day spa experience with us. Weither it's a Birthday,
Anniversary, Gift Voucher, or Wedding Gift. Let us assist
in making sure your special someone is left pampered
and relaxed
Group Bookings:
We can arrange for a group booking of more than 10 people.
We can help you with choosing spa treatments, to giving you
a good price for your group. Just provide some details
with day and time of when you would come.
Transportation:
Should you require transportation in getting to our spa,
please let us know as we offer free transportation to our
spa. Just let us know the time, date, hotel name with room number
or house and we will come pick you up.
